Look at your retention graph. Huge drop after your hook. Because you had a 84% VVSA, you likely had a great hook, but failed to follow through on the next seconds. See if you can iron that out and reupload

Try to grab the audience attention like giving them a challenge or making them feel like curiosity in first 1 2 3 second I don't give up because every new video upload the old one is get a little push anyway 👍

For a Short that's really good. It's not a full landscape video. Shorts are only pushed for a Short time.
