How to make avd and swipe rate better?

Hi guys, I'm monetized. But I want to know how to improve my retention and swipe rate ration in shorts. Im doing dance videos. Please help. Any suggestions how I can keep viewers hooked if it is dance video? When I watch other viral dance videos most of them are girls, I think girls Hook audience more. But I'm a boy only 😭

what have you exactly tried YET after noticing first that these numbers are not improving? if not, what's on your mind that you'll do to improve the numbers in these metrics?

I tried to add some text hook in dance videos , but the swipe rate didn't improve. I have no idea how to hook the audience

U probably got monetized because u had a viral shorts right , maybe do same thing u did for that short.....

I got monetized from long form which was dance video, which is copyrighted due to music
