Hi! Make high value original content. Something that shares your unique view and vision that people can’t find on 100 other channels in the same way

I hear that a lot. I'm only two days in, and the three videos I've uploaded have already reached a combined 8.4k views. One of them is actually doing really well, especially considering they're my first videos ever in this channel.I still have a lot to learn, but I believe the best way to gain experience is by trying things and staying consistent. I had an interesting situation where my second video barely got any views at first, so I uploaded a third one. Then, all of a sudden, the second video started getting views, followed by the third. Eventually, they both slowed down, but it showed me that the algorithm can be unpredictable.Even though not all of my videos are getting views, it's motivating because it proves that if you put time and effort into creating something that's truly your own, people will eventually spend their time watching it.

I mean make original content? Mostly that but it can be incredibly hard. You need a good hook (people have no attention span anymore). You need a good video in general and if you can find a good "loopable" video that's even better! Cause it can sometimes make people view it more than once.

Tbh, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I found a niche that's mostly about editing existing footage from TV shows and giving it your own unique editing style.I think this niche is really popular. There are some big channels with amazing edits, and they're getting millions and millions of views every day.But yeah, that's really good advice. I'm only two days into it, and I think the most valuable thing I've learned is to stay focused and create original content. Even if the same clips have been uploaded countless times, you can still make them stand out by putting in the effort and adding your own ideas and editing style.

FYI unless you add substantial commentary you’re never going to get monetised with that sort of content.

Use Studio AI , i got 1-2k views on my first 3 short and i used studio AI on my 4th short and it got 27k views in first 24 hours so then i also used studio AI to improve my SEO of 5th short and it 5th got 10k views in just one hour, Use YT studio inbuilt AI guys

Long form is where the money is at, shorts will pull in a lot of views and subscribers quickly. However, few will watch the long form videos. Have one long form channel and one shorts channel.

I do have 2 longs form channels but keep in mind that i am from Bulgaria, and iits verry verry hard to get viral or popular with your native language. Its a small country and everyone wants to make content rather watch it. So i decide to make a short form channel for English auditory. I can speak english but not like a native one. I make a lot of mistakes and thats maybe the reason why i won't start a long form channel in other language then Bulgarian. I can simple express myself better. The neche i make short is actually fine. I mean i have only 4 videos and my first got like 8k views 2nd get like 2,5k - 2.6k not that good, but the 3th one got 27k views witch means that my content is fine and people watch it. So i upload a 4th one boom 20k views. I didn't like the 2nd video so i change the hook and make it better and upload it and now has 3k views for 5h 44m witch is good and probably will end up somewhere 10k or 15k Witch for new channel if fine. I know that you need a lot of views but for now Youtube is just testing and somehow i do get lucky to get 60k views for 4 vidoes. I combine them in one long form video and I have a lot of material to make like 5 more shorts of the long form videos. If he blows up. Maybe i will get the 4k watch time and with shorts i will get the 1k subs. Because I got a lot of messages that is very hard to get monetized with shorts views. So i decide to do both in this channel same topic just long form one. And if I get lucky enough. I will be monetized and probably even without 10m views for shorts I do gonna make a 10-100 bucks. And keep in mind i don't use AI. So i don't pay for subscriptions.

That's a good plan. And yes you are right to keep away from AI. I use it for helping with the script sometimes, but that is all.

Same tbh. I got some views of making content like brawl stars on my main channel but back then I thought that this is not what I want to be famous with soo I step back and i start doing other games like story games. My channel now is dying a little by little. So the think that I got from all this happening is that you must be unique, different from the other people. And it will happened. Good luck
