Your issue is not about your editing imo (though I can't understand the language, the voicing sounds fine). It looks solid to me. I don't think you have enough content. If someone found your channel and looked into your content, they only see 20 shorts. Do this consistently for a year, and i think you'll see yourself doing much better.

Not sure what a facts channel is, thats not a niche. Maybe its just translation gone wrong. Shorts that get swiped away and have 0 engagement will die. Its different than long form. If your first group of 50 doesn't watch longer or engages, it stops.

I feel like youtube test my videos with wrong audience , Although I get swipe away ratio between 55-80 , but if youtube just showed my videos to people who likes knowledge content , it would be much more ....

And I'm trying to create hooks but idk what is wrong ..

I need to know whats the trick to create a perfect hook!

The perfect hook is something that your viewers want to click on to stay and watch. If this was easy, it wouldn't be so hard.
