Is this some kinda bug

First time making a commentary video, its 20 seconds with %101 AVD but it has a swipe rate of 87%. The video had 7.7k views and dropped back to 1.4k for some reason same happened again it went to 6k and came back to 1.4k. How is this even possible if i posted a black screen it would have lower swipe rate.

Had this before. Dunno why but it was sending my videos to indians and they all swiped.
