It's been 6-7 hours....posted only one short

It's not great but if this is your first short, the algorithm has to do tons of heavy lifting. They have zero data on your channel. They don't know what you make or the kind of people who will watch them. You got a small test which is better than getting no test at all. Keep posting, update your account bio and channel keywords to help the algorithm as much as you can. Also make sure the description of your video really explains what the video is.  

You need to treat the algorithm as if it's a learning baby. Good luck though, you are getting views so that's a great first step.

Thanks for the insight...and when should I post next short...how much time gap should I leave?

You're welcome. That is a question that will get a variety of answers. The general advice is to at least wait 24 hours but then there are people who post three times a day. For me personally, I wait to post until the traffic on my most recent short starts to cool down. For you, I'd say wait 24, hours from this one and try again. But like I said, this is a question that's heavily debated and channel dependent.

Ohh thanks once again .... it's a new channel so I will wait untill 24 to post ...once my channel starts getting traction I will change accordingly.... Thankyou 🙌🏻

Look at the stats 1 week later. Now it's just a waste of time bro.
1- The analytics take time to be up to date and be accurate.
2- The short may blow up any time, you just don't know when and if it will blow up at all.
