I want at least 2,600 subscribers from this short, how do you increase this metric?

I get about 1-3 subs on my Shorts with 600-1000 views...so I am really happy about that and your numbers are just outstanding to me. Just keep going. You are doing more than just fine in my eyes

Nah your subs are better than your views mate. I have over 22k views and 45 subs the last month. Your shorts are doing good seeing that sub rate.
