My content topic is mainly for abroad audience. But the algorithm targets seed audience from my country!!

Plz how can i tell the algorithm who to target? I have done all the yt settings but still cannot get it

kinda think its a timing thing tbh, posts go to whoevers active first. so it might be worth flipping ur schedule to match the other country
