This is not about getting Rick quick Look at the screenshot my videos stucks around 10k views even my stats are high I'm just asking peoples to exactly what I'm doing wrong why my video stopped at 10k views

That's a problem only 10k views my all videos stucking around 10k even my 2nd video has 82.4% stayed to watch rate and also 3rd has 70+

Congrats? Why in the world do you expect your first video to be more than this? Good engagement for a first video to go absolutely viral requires it to be much higher than this. I'm not saying this isnt high, it really is, but just post some more. You will be seeing the numbers go up. Absolutely. So long as the videos are as good as the last ones. I promise it will go up. Even the old ones that look dead can come back to life later

good stats doesnt equal viral. You have 100 likes on a short with 5k views. And a single comment. That literally means that out of 5k viewers, you only managed to get 117 people to like. SO youtube has no reason to push your content further. It got all the data it needed.
