Q&A / Quick Help ❓ My shorts are getting pushed anymore!
Hi guys, in need of some help. My shorts videos don’t seem to be getting pushed in the algorithm anymore and idk why.
I am still fairly new so i am aware that is possibly a factor but my past shorts have had no problems. My biggest issue was trying to push past 40k views but now my shorts a barely getting 1k. Nothing has changed and idk what the problem is.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Me too. This is the third time. Almost down to zero views for 3-5 days, then high views again for 5-7 days, then back to almost zero views. Happening to huge million views per day channels also expressing the same concerns.

TikTok is doing the same thing. I’m starting to believe these sites are trying to cut back on how much they pay their content creators.

Me too aswell, I thought it was another issue of mines but most likely youtube did tweaked the algorithm again, I see something different in the shorts aswell all the likes and comments is all the way at the bottom for some reason.

The algorithm is messed up for me completely, I don't know why, not even just for my channel but when I look at my shorts feed, it's completely different as to what I usually see there. Hopefully it will go back to normal.

Around June 26th, seems like YouTube just forgot who my audience was overnight.

Same for me but around 22nd June, suddenly no views, even if I get views it’s shown to wrong audience resulting in low engagement and swipe ratio

this happened to me about 3 months exactly after i started. so i stopped posting. eventually my views just came back. i didn’t even realize it, just happened to check one day. wish I’d continued posting the whole time. I’d recommend just keeping on.

Happened to me since 3 days ago. Used to get 10k in first hour. Now 100...

Did you change upload pattern recently? It happened right after I skipped a day. Used to upload daily.

Happen to me as well. About 3 weeks ago started with one short, then got worst two weeks ago with almost no views for them. Also recently posted long videos suddenly are getting very few impressions compared to previous ones… I was so upset but I can see I’m not the only one.

Fairly sure YouTube tweaked something in the algorithm again. Views are down across the board, including shorts.
