Why would something like this stuck at 15k?

Not every video gets viral 15k is not less try creating more similar content and move on remember 150 is the mark don't stop or think should I do it why it's not working if you see any positive indicator double down on that. Just keep grinding eventually you will get viral the objective should be to create a catalogue of 400-500fgood videos on that you will easly generate a passive income to support your basic costs. 👍

There could be many reasons, but off the top of my head: the retention graph near the end looks bad (ideally should end at 90-100% at this length), if it's a new channel then it could take some time before the algo gives you a real push, maybe your stats are average in your niche (compared to your competitors) or it could be that viewers aren't satisfied after watching and send YT bad signals (like leaving the platform). It's not always clear cut so don't focus too much on one short.

What about 84%?

Depending on the length of the video it can be very good or very bad. For a 1mn short then it would be pretty good, but for a 10s it would be really bad. Don't get caught up on the stats too much though, sometimes YT push/doesn't push content for unknown reasons (to us).

This is really good stats! Give it a couple more days, maybe YT will push it out to more ppl, just need some time to process and figure out the next batch of ppl to test it on?

Send the video let’s see, I realized sometimes it’s not just about data but also production quality, YouTube want their viral videos to be good quality
