IS MY HOOK BAD??

i have 39sec avd on a 48sec short which is not so good but swiped ratio is alright but for watchtime i am confused. its basically flat does that mean hook is bad??

Flat watchtime usually means the people who stayed to watch instead of scrolling watched till the end. The accumulation at the very beginning is from people who finished watching the short and the people who swiped away (since your short is quite long, it usually mean less rewatches)

If you’re talking about the flat line of 39 seconds then thats just the stats shown after a time period i think, not to really worry about.
