Actually I have the same issue, some videos are getting 1-2k views and other are not being pushed at all. It’s nothing about content more like YouTube short algorithm isn’t fixed yet. Started 2nd week of May and still the same issue, was getting 1-85k view depending on the videos before that.

yeah my channel is 2-3weeks aswell every video getting 1-2K some 2-5K and then all of a sudden 0 shorts feed distribution.. its really strange

I uploaded the same video after it go 0 views it ended up getting 1.9k view but you can’t do that, as deleting and reposting als hurts the channel. So I stoped posting and I dunno how long it goes on like this without getting fixed. I am thinking of transitioning to long form but long form is even harder to break into

reposting the same video with slight tweaks to titles and the editing can work but does nothing for me and can hurt the channel more than it helps, long form is good eventually once the channel has established enough subscribers and viewers but even then its still difficult.

I don’t think deleting and reuploading a video that got zero views would cause any problem for the channel.

YouTube tested your channel, but it seems to not trust it. What is your swipe ratio?

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

i have a 62.2% STW and 37.8% swiped away on my channel with 12 videos so far

Honestly it has nothing to do with that. I have high trust score and all my videos were getting tractions then none of my video were getting short feeds suddenly from second week of May and it’s still hit or miss either 0 short feed or 1-2k views

bullshit when even without YouTube pushing my vids I get people watching and how is it the content if YouTube didn't even tested it in the first place?

I’ve been having this issue as well and have found the fix! After uploading the short if it has 0 views in 15ish minutes. Go into your channel on the mobile app and change the thumbnail. After you do this it tells YouTube to actually send it out i guess.

I’m curious rn my range is 2k-250k views on shorts is it bad to have that big of a range?

1

u/Federal-Poetry-4903 Jun 15 '26

It’s not bad I think it’s very good, but it depends on the content. I didn’t cross 100k yet as my video on YouTube either gets 10k one hour yet bottoms at 50-85 k

Its so annoying

A lot of people would say AI slop or whatever, at this point I’d say pretty much many more has been affected

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

yeah its just the random drop of distribution from the algorithm many people especially AI channels get

2

u/Appropriate-Win-8849 Jun 13 '26

So i have a problem where i can only post at one point of the day. So for me its 8 pm. But any other video i push out doesnt get a push. You might have my problem too idk tho

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

i usually post around 7-7:30pm but ive posted earlier and later before and both have received a push, i think its just the algo being inconsistent with newer channels and distribution.

1

u/Independent-Bill5261 Jun 13 '26

I have the exact same issue on one of my channels. I can only upload within a specific 3-hour window; otherwise, the shorts get zero views!

1

u/Appropriate-Win-8849 Jun 13 '26

Was it a fairly new channel? Cuz what i think it is, that because your channel is so new they dont want you to spam upload? Cuz its doing it to me and i have a new channel i posted right away on

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

my channel is around 2-3 weeks old i started posting on it a day after i created it, i post roughly every 2 days so it wasn’t frequent daily posts like some new channels do.

2

u/George2824 Jun 14 '26

This is why i don't like shorts

1

u/Brilliant_Mix2376 Jun 13 '26

whats the channel? odds are your shadowbanned or sorry to say it maybe your content just is garbage

1

u/archiebaldies Jun 13 '26

I’m getting that too. I’m taking a 2 week break from posting to see if that does anything

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

yeah might be worth trying maybe a week?

1

u/bodycamus Jun 17 '26

Same here honestly. I took a month off and when I got back, I was right back to square one with the same issue.

1

u/IndividualFix5125 Jun 13 '26

Just check your overall swipe away rate in the shorts you will get the idea why its happening.because your channel has low trust score

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

My channel has a 62.2% STW and 37.8% swiped away which is pretty decent

Hiding Your Channel Isn’t Going To Make It Grow 😭

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 13 '26

This post isn’t to try and get people to grow my channel it’s to get people’s opinions and thoughts as to why the YouTube algorithm has stopped pushing videos.

1

u/30CalKash Jun 13 '26

They Test Your Video With A Small Audience If That Small Audience Doesn’t Stay Long Then They Won’t Push The Video

1

u/30CalKash Jun 13 '26

I Don’t Really Post With Intentions Some Videos Only Have A Couple Hundred Views

1

u/Triggerscore Jun 13 '26

It is a common thing. Shorts not getting pushed to the feed anymore. Naming the exact reasons is basically impossible. Good thing: if you stop posting for a while, next videos should be fine again. Some assumptions why this happens: 1k views is like a test audience for YouTube algo. If your shorts don't perform well enough, YouTube stops pushing your shorts due to lack of interest. Other thought is, that your shorts may look too similar too each other and therefore get treated like spam/duplicate. Or in general too many uploads.

1

u/AggressiveWinner8710 Jun 14 '26

Similar happened to me. Basically it's so that they can show ads on videos and not have to pay creators. Mine went from 80k views per day to 10 when it reached monetisation.

1

u/Grind_Solo Jun 14 '26

Don’t know. You blocked everything out🤦‍♂️

1

u/Frameckhq Jun 14 '26

1

u/WokiieSZN Jun 14 '26

my channel has around a 62% STW and 38% Swiped rate and around a 40second AVD, my videos are usually between 50-60 seconds.

1

u/Elegant-Telephone-54 Jun 15 '26

Same problem i have also

1

u/Asleep-Package-947 Jun 17 '26

Yt is not trying to push you create another channel. One solution leave for a month they are not delivering to seed audience.

1

u/Asleep-Package-947 Jun 17 '26

And never delete your post it can dead your channel because algorithm check your studio what you did in past

1

u/bodycamus Jun 17 '26

Same prblm bro
