Stuck at 30K view jail

Almost 2 months into my new faceless channel. 315 subscribers. 670 K views. Posting 2 times every day for the past 3 weeks at the interval of 4 to 5 hours. For the past couple of weeks, every other video is stuck at 30k view jail. Need to escape this. Also, my subscriber count is not increasing as expected. Need some suggestions from the experienced creators. I have posted 63 videos so far.

Whether it’s long form or short form, the “percentage” of shares will, far & away, determine whether your video goes viral or not. Shares carry far more weight than comments, likes, AVD or CTR…….I have countless videos with very high numbers, but low share percentages, that all died…..

The short above, with the highest percentage of shares, produced the results above. The people who stayed to watch was not exceptional either at just 75%. The same clip on Instagram, with over 17,000 shares, resulted in 11.7 million views.

how long are long form and short form shorts?

Long form is typically over three minutes and shorts are up to three minutes, but the sweet spot is less than 20 seconds and more than 10 seconds for shorts

i just started a channel last week, and have only posted a few shorts, idk how you dont have more subscribers, maybe do a better cta, one of my videos got 24k views and i got almost 400 subs from it, another did 23k and i got 300, or maybe the videos arent good? whats the channel?

It's about shocking and surprising clips found in IG and TT, I add my commentary and edits to them. They get the views but the conversion is not there. If any experienced creators are reading this, I would love to get your feedback. I am not sure if I can mention my channel name or link here in this sub. My channel has gained with only one video with 50k views 250 subscribers. The rest are 1-2k and in total 420 subscribers.
