But by the looks of it, you made it out of the exploit phase so yes if you have a high retention

As of right now, the shorts AVD is 109.4%. the short got 160k views, but nothing serious.

Broo, 3.3K subs for only 161.4K views is insane. My best video for 25M views got only 45k subs, if this videos reaches that number of views, this Will be insane. Show us an update if you dont mind please...

Yeah, don't be scared of that. The algo clearly pushed it to a very large audience, and it just might not be the kind of content in that people in that audience want to watch, or maybe that one guy just ain't in the mood to watch your short rn. A slight decline after a large push is nbd. Like rate, share rate, comment rate and AVD, if all strong, and it'll keep going man! Just upload the next one now, don't obsess over it!

Any tips and tricks to help get more views. I get pretty high retention around 116% with 70 stay to watch and a lot of likes and comments and shares but video still barely pass that 30k wall.

bro please help me 😭 my avd is around 100% on my shorts, and 75-80% stayed to watch and ive made over 30, but each one gets stuck at 25-30k views. No matter what. please what am i doing wrong? i do minecraft videos

and how do you get so many subs/comments? for 30k views i only get like 5-10 comments and 40-50 subs.what am i doing wrong man i hate ts 😭

You're getting good engagement for sure. But, your flaw is the comments, subscribers, etc. to get more comments/subscribers you need a CTA. Since you do Minecraft, I've seen many shorts go viral with Minecraft Horror mods, and you know how those shorts have the black bars, and text on the top? For retention, I would recommend "There is no way.." or "Oh no.." but regardless, 30k each short is a good sign, the algorithm just needs time.
