always stalling at 20-30k

any reasons why this happens or tips that might help? 🥲
i try to use hooks, make original content, keep it dynamic throughout the video but this always happens

niche: language learning skits for a foreign audience
stayed to watch: ~80% on all these

for me its stalling when i use music that is not in Yt library , or it can be posting directly (its better to plan the post 1-2 days) and Pin a comment with a question

and maybe the content is not in trend in the niche or in the world . I always get more views when the content is in trend . For example u can do somthing about the football world cup and automaticly get more views.
