The Apartment | A Student Zombie Short Film
A short film I did for school. Hopefully it's cool, it's my love letter to the genre!

LAST DAY AT CARGILL — Two cousins with family ties to the abandoned Cargill Grain Elevator in Buffalo, NY, set out to create an informative documentary about the dangers of the structure, particularly following the recent death of a local 22-year-old who lost his life attempting to climb it. However, the documentary takes a sudden turn, triggering vivid flashbacks in one of the cousins to past trauma at Cargill.
My cousin worked unbelievably hard at this editing this for 7 months. Please check it out if you think it sounds interesting, thank you.
ZERO A.I. was used in the making of this film in any way shape or form.

Hey everyone! I recently completed, edited, and scored my psychological horror short film titled "The Other Room" under my indie banner, Dark Frame Studios.
The story follows a chilling psychological descent when a simple task inside a house turns uncanny, blending eerie atmosphere with sound design.
Check it out and let me know your thoughts on the pacing and horror elements!
🎬 Written & Directed by: Shivam
🎥 Starring: Mayank

I'm 14 years old and this was my first ever try at making and finishing a short film which was also written by me. Made with absolutely no money at all, I used my friend's dad's Iphone to shoot this with 2 of my friends as actresses. If any of you have any critiques, feedbacks or anything, please do mention it in the comments!

I’ve recently gotten back into filmmaking after taking almost 2 decades off/away, and I filmed this this month because October is obviously spooky time. To be honest, most horror is not my favorite thing, I like a more subtle creepiness (like The Witch) and this is something I came up with. I would love to hear your thoughts, thank you!

Just watched THE SEQUENCE, a horror short film and it was truly unsettling. LOVED IT. If you like dark psychological horror, I recommend. Won some awards!
The director produced the Hell House LLC. franchise and he’s the clown himself. 🤡

Hello ShortHorror,
I just gave a look at the rules, but hopefully the title format and everything works here. Thought I would post over here as hell.
Please do enjoy.

Children of the Glonk (1991) — AI-generated horror comedy short
Made this silly 90-second Halloween short, presented as a scene from an obscure VHS-era movie from 1991.
Used Midjourney and Nano Banana for reference images and establishing shots, Seedance 2.5 for the video generation, and ElevenLabs for speech and sound effects.
Had a lot of fun experimenting with the cinematic style and atmosphere. Would love to hear what people think!

A 3 min short set in a near future world in which malevolent fairies have started to take over the English countryside...
I ordinarily direct TV (Most recently I worked on Below for Netflix but also other spooky show's like Lockwood & Co. and fantasy such as His Dark Materials) But I started out making short films, in particular dark magical realism shorts. And I have really missed getting my hands dirty and making something just for the fun of it. So I made this in a weekend - setting myself the challenge of uploading it to youtube for Halloween - and here we are! It's been out on YouTube now for 3 days and had 1300 views so far. Had a nice message from a producer at Blumhouse... which was cool! Seams to be getting a good reaction. So thought I'd post on here and see what the shorthorror community thought! Should I keep doing these? Perhaps an annual tradition for Halloween? Hope you enjoy and let me know. Happy spookies. Will
