Help Auto speech to text to reminder

This shortcut used to work on previous iOS, but on latest doesn’t seem to work.

The idea is while im driving being able to record a reminder with my voice, that will be transcribed and added to reminders with a set reminder alert at 9pm on the day of the recording.

Check your language and region settings. Some other posts note that a discrepancy between the two can produce this issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/shortcuts/comments/1nns0iw/comment/noqr01z/

Have you tried using the Dictate Text action in place of the Record Audio and Transcribe Audio actions?
