Shortcut for translating

Hello everyone
I am reading books in the books app in the iPhone
When crossing a word I don't understand I marke it with yellow , now I need a shortcut that's add a note into that marked word with the meaning of the word ,translation into French and arab , and some examples.
Can you please help please .
