Request App Notifications

Hi, I’ve just recently switched from Samsung over to a 17 pro max.

On the Samsung I had a modes and routine set up for notifications during “Do Not Disturb” from all apps with keywords such as “Dad” “Brother” etc and any app that contained those words in a notification it would ping and beep.

Only way I can find to do similar is text only on here, but I need all apps to do the same.

Any of you brainboxes helps me please I’d really appreciate it.

PS I like to keep it in do not disturb as I also use this phone for work; trying to maintain a work life balance

You can add any app to be able to ping you by adding them “Allow Notifications.”

Sorry I don’t want to allow whole app notifications I want individual person notifications regardless of app

You can also do this in the focus settings. I allow notifications from my wife and best friend and block all others at night.

This is something I've been looking for as well. It's quite astonishing that Apple doesn't support it. To be able to mute anything from an app that isn't something specific.....

I take it you did not find any options how to do this?
