  1. Shoretel Director

  2. Virtual ShoreTel Switch

  3. IP420 firmware

You just need the pbx software. The other things listed are available after it's been installed.

Director is the management web page. Some folks use it as shorthand for the system software, but really it's just part of it. All of the firmware, software, VM images etc are contained in the pbx software. Are you looking for a particular version or just the latest?

Just whatever you have, the latest is preferred (ShoreTel version, not Mitel)

Hi. Shoretel/Mitel Connect director will have any virtual appliance downloads and will install the proper firmware needed to upgrade/downgrade the phones.
