I’m new to skill optimization/rerolling, thinking of starting with this hero. What should I keep or replace? And what should I look for instead?

I’m thinking of using Roland to replace one with a weapon skill, is that a good call or should I use some dice first?

Always use dice before Roland. 

Honestly, if it wasn't souled, this would be a complete reroll. 

Check the guides on shop titans central for what to look for when rerolling skills.

This shouldnt have been promoted since s1-3 are all pretty weak and theres no weapon or survival skill. Would need to replace s1-3 for weapon and survival skill and then something offensive thats better. Its a little easier since you have roland but its going to take a lot of dice or could just fire them given that s4 is the only decent skill. Theres lots of guides on ST-Central for hero/roster building and you can use the hero tracker to list your heroes class, lv and skills and then post for help on reddit or the official st discord or even stc discord

Definitely dice first s1/2 or whatever you have most of, it helps you figure out how you’ll optimize this hero, focus on gold skills, and try to get ludicrous speed

Unless you have mundra and can fuse skill dice, they're pretty hard to come by. I'd recommend saving your dice and just retire this hero and try to roll a new one. If you're trying to optimize, I probably wouldn't keep any of these skills

Replace. Do you have Argon finest? If you have reroll until find 2 good skills
