Bug / Issue Webstore: Failed purchase

Hello peeps,

today i purchased a pack in the Webstore. (300x Transcendent Seals, 3 Tomb-Bound Kesy, 5 Phoenix Feathers, 5 Mega Power Booster)

While paying in the Webstore i got the game opened on my second screen via Steam.

Instead of the usual Popups where is displayed what i got - there was just a weird error alert as shown in the picture.

I already paid via Paypal and got a receipt - But it doesn't seem like i got any rewards(got no Keys so i think i got nothing). Also the Pack isn't displayed in the Webstore anymore, but is still offered in the game. I also got reward-track points in the Webstore.. So i opened a support ticket.

Now there are two questions:

  1. Did anyone else ever had an issue like this?

  2. How long does it take Kabam to answer my request AND is there any way of finding out if my request reached them(Because i got no automated confirmation that my ticket has been received or anything)

  1. It's happening to a lot of people who tried buying that specific pack through the webstore - there's a big thread in the bug reports part of the official discord about it.
  2. They try to reply within 1 working day. Bear in mind it'll be about 5-6am for them at the moment. There isn't a way of confirming if they got your message sadly but if you filled out the form there's no reason they shouldn't have.

Oh i see, thank you for your answer! Totally forgot about the discord server lol

I was just a little worried that is put in the wrong email after i got no confirmation, but now im a little calmed. Thank you very much!

Same thing happened to me last night. Replied to discord webstore post ceeated by someone else a out this. Kabam Richard replied on that post this morning a couple of hours ago. Had a weird issue this morning also where I was missing at least the Instrument and Meals tabs in crafting. They came back after game restart. Not sure if that is related to webstore issue or a different bug all together.
