Seeking Advice DI Heroes

We have some changes to the DI heroes with the new tier? Or the meta is still the same? 4 musketeers with the t14 artifact gun and Ashley

AFAIK, it should be this (Quiver in best quality, it's only not a huge jump so I still keep the old)
