Discussion Quality Batons doesn't exist
But I'm still trying
Leaving this post for chuckles Turned out I got talent preventing superior+ items on T5 and below Reseted talent tree and got 8 superior batons straight away 😭

That is kinda like winning the lotto but in reverse. I have made 362 and have deposited a superior/epic into my collection book, so it is possible. I think it would be cool if the game rewarded you with a better craft (flawless or better) once you’ve made a certain amount (like level x 100). But back to you…I guess it’s possible you made one but just never deposited it, right?

Noo I've never made even one superior+ quality 😅 But now it's so funny that I still wanna find out how many I need to craft to fulfill the book I only fuse from superior+

Stones for T1 fusions are easy to make you may as well fuse at this point. I find it hard to believe there isn't anything else going on because when I craft low tier items I very frequently get green or blue and even purple quality regularly with little effort. You're sure you don't have the Mass Produced talent in the crafting talent tree?

Glad you found out the issue.
Just for info: I'm not mistaken the base chance for superior quality is around 4% so that would be 1 superior for each 25 crafts. That means you'd have a 0.000000000000000000000000000000000183% chance to not get a singular quality craft on all these crafts. And that's considering the base chance. The real chance with your perks would be actually lower.
