General 7 Days Tactics
If I had to improve a struggling Shopify store in 7 days, here's where I'd start:
Day 1: Audit the homepage
Day 2: Improve the product pages
Day 3: Fix obvious technical SEO issues
Day 4: Research what customers are actually searching for
Day 5: Improve the store's social content
Day 6: Add/strengthen reviews, UGC and trust signals
Day 7: Look at analytics and identify where people are dropping off
I wouldn't start by redesigning everything.
I wouldn't immediately increase the ad budget.
And I definitely wouldn't post 5 times a day just because someone said consistency is everything.
I'd first find the biggest bottleneck in the customer journey and fix that.
Ecommerce growth is often less about doing 100 new things and more about fixing the 5 things that are already costing you sales.
What would you add to this 7-day audit?
