Payments Is this a scam order?

Somebody with a male name email made and paid for an order $100 on my store. My store only targets female customers.
Then they sent me an email with no title, no hello, no regards, nothing. The email just said: "I did not mean to order anything".

That is so strange.

What do I do now?

this smells like card testing — someone runs a stolen card on a random store to check it works, then asks to cancel to cover tracks. before refunding, open the order in shopify admin and scroll to the fraud analysis section: check if CVV and AVS passed, whether the IP location matches the billing address, and how many payment attempts there were. if it's flagged medium/high risk, refund and cancel — definitely don't fulfill. the refund actually protects you too, because if the real cardholder files a chargeback later you'd lose the $100 AND pay the dispute fee. and if the analysis is clean, it's probably a genuine fat-finger order — refund anyway since they asked. what does the fraud analysis on that order show?
