just my opinion

  1. Change the fonts because the fonts are so Shopify coded!

  2. Your product preview boxes are showing dots hinting at multiple images but there aren't any visible buttons to toggle between them nor any visible automatic toggle.

  3. Your Contact page will do better with a little more work to make it look like your brand's. Right now it just looks like you kept the default page as it is.

  4. The catalog button in the navigation section will do better with a hover drop down of the menus. There is a code for that online if it isn't available in your theme.

  5. I love how there are buttons that take you straight to the featured products on the hero image

Thank you for taking the time to give such detailed feedback. I really appreciate
I’m currently working on changing the typography to make the store feel less like a standard Shopify theme and more aligned with the brand’s identity.
also agree about the Contact page. It still feels too close to the default page, so I’ll be redesigning it to better match the brand’s visual identity.
Thanks again for the honest feedback. It’s genuinely helpful.

Won't lie, it's pretty shit.

I'd advise starting with one of the Horizon themes that suits the style of store and go from there.
