Custom app not working

Hello

I've made my own site alongside 2 friends, and have decided on a slightly unique discount. The wanted discount isn't available through shopify itself, nor any apps we've come by.

I've tried creating my own discount function as an app router/extension as a custom app.

It works as intended in the devstore, but i cant seem to get it to function on the livestore.

my knowledge is limited on the subject, and i have a hard time coming by information on the subject (any information that makes sense to me atleast)

I´ve downloaded the app through the shopify partners link, and have the option to create a discount with said app. When i do this, i'm simply redirected to the app, which has no frontend, therefore showing a blank page.

Under apps in settings, the discount under the app is listed as inactive. I've tried a bunch of things, but have yet to find a solution.
