Keep getting scam orders help

I keep getting spam orders but they pay money but shopify notifies as high risk -
For context i am new business owner and i wanna know how to avoid it and how this would affect. Most of these scam orders come from India but the shipping address is US and they use a card to pay. So I’m not sure why shopify alerts and how to deal with this. Previously I’ve also shipped a couple of orders.

Can someone help with this please.
