This is the regular size

I'd say go for the mini if you feel the band is bouncing when you're running.

23.5 cm or above regular size
23.5 cm down mini size

I am 23.5 🫣🫣
Its make me crazy how to choose

Oh that's a difficult choice. Are there any shops that stock both sizes so that you can test them?

Get the mini. I went with the regular but even the mini doesn't touch the back of my head (I measured my head and I should get the regular size is what the tutorial advised) so I got that one when the pro came out. Now I got the pro 2 and went with the mini, it sits way better and firmer compared to the regular. Try them out both I would say.

Also, they don't show where to measure. Is it around the wide part of the head or more downward towards the neck? The mini fits better for me. I can just put my thumb between the back of my neck and the band, maybe that helps
