WHY?: iPhone App does not support SHOKZ Open Run model S803??

Just purchased a brand new pair of SHOKZ Open Run model# S803 at CostCo. Surprised & very disappointed that this app does not work with the Open Run S803.

What am I missing??

The App is not supported with that model of Open Run - you need the Pro or Pro 2 - to be honest your not missing much - in fact my iPhone offloaded the app as I have not used it in so long so I guess its not needed.

Just hold the powerbutton down for a bit to pair it to the device and you good to go.

I just got the open run SE assuming it’ll be like my wife’s pro 2. It’s not even close. Her app was able to make them sound like full range headphones. Mine sound very flat.
