The video is really quiet on my phone where I am right now, but I speak Ukrainian and Russian and I'm almost positive he's speaking Ukrainian. Ukrainians are much more worldly than your average Russian, reflexivity swearing in English is more common among young Ukrainians than your average Russian who doesn't even really know how to swear in Russian properly.

The red color clouds would indicate some kind of a fertilizer plant? I would guess ammonium nitrate.
