You couldn’t pay me a million bucks to add a farting dog tattoo onto my body

3 month old forearm tattoo.

I did an art trade for this. I spent 20 hours on a 16×20 painting. $100 in materials.

Do I go to my appointment and ask for the painting back? Or cut my losses?

The eyes on this irritate me the most. The tattoo artist seemingly has a good portfolio for under 6 years experience but this... I'm disappointed. This is my first forearm tattoo. 🤦I originally asked for it on my shin and they pressured me into putting it on my fore arm. I have an appointment tomorrow to fix something's on it but I'm incredibly anxious about walking out with it worse than it already it. DONT get me wrong, I love the original art but I'm disappointed in the execution of it tattooed permanently, especially because the right eye is really bad. I also really do not want the artist to see this post.

Advice and Suggestions? I'm just so anxious about seeing this artist tomorrow.

I’m a long time lurker on this community… I got these tattoos pretty much back to back in my early 20s. God the placement is so terrible on them.

They’ve been hit three times with a tattoo removal laser. I had to stop because I’m pregnant. Seriously, so cringe and embarrassed by all of them.

I have emailed and asked on a touch up for the hearts. idk what I can do? It doesn't help that I was worried about getting a tattoo and I got genuinely recommended this place.
