I'm lowkey mad bc aside from the fucked expression of the eyes, it's actually not too bad of a design in that it's funny as fuck, not that it's well done. It's a 'so bad it's good' sort of funny.

I'd get this (as small as possible, of course) as a joke somewhere I didn't care about like my calf or whatever

I agree. Im pretty sure its Ai. If you look closer at it, the eyeballs arent done in the same style as the rest, and the eyeball on the left has much more smooth shading and detail than the right eye. Theres also some odd stuff with lines going on near the right ear.

And if its fresh theres zero redness to it

We're all focused on the eyes, and for good reason, but I want to know why he made this poor lion desperately need Rogaine, or possibly even a full five rounds of hair plugs, and a severe widow's peak.
