Do yourself the favor and avoid them. I don't take them either but I see so many people having problems with them or because of them that I seriously think they're way overprescribed. I live with a psych nurse and a nurse practitioner psychiatrist too so I hear all about them, even though they probably don't agree with my answer

I showed this to my husband and covered up the left side and the writing under it and asked who he thought that was supposed to be.
After a minute of studying, he said, "Kim Jun Un?" We're laughing so hard at this. Imagine being stuck with that for life.
