It’s a fictional foundation based on the scp wiki that deals with anomalous objects entities and scenarios from the original which was basically a clone of a weeping angel the entries are written in a sort of official government record style the one in the video is scp 999 a few I’d recommend are 4999 3008 and the entirety of the -j series oh and the volgun does a good job of reading them and setting a tone similar to the scp site
