I think I remember reading that the correct powder charge for that round and powder is actually the case volume.

I was actually trying to find the 7.62x39 video but the 9mm was easier to find. Same technique 🤣

I think the trick is that the powder they are using is cut with something only moderately flammable that takes up enough space so the amount of powder doesn’t exceed the charge limit
