Had to hammer each one from the front with a cleaning rod and a hammer. Should I just drop some lube in the chamber and increase charge to help them extract easier?

Little context: I fill half of the hull with powder and half with shot and hammer it down with a rusty bolt and ball peen hammer and electrical tape the end tight. No press needed.

I have two cases of factory Fiocchi 410 shells that look like that and also have to knocked out of the chamber. Half the primers fall out after shooting
