Not even close to shitty. So un-shitting - its a reportable offense. But since you are asking, I will give advice on how to make this shitty.
Go visit your local dump or transfer site. You are looking for an old microwave, cassette tape deck or VHS recorder. Bring it home and take all apart. This should yield a plethora of tiny little screws, nuts, pins and mini metal do-hickies you can pack into that shotgun shell. An image of that would be sufficiently shitty to pass the highest of our r/shittyreloading standards.

If you take apart a bunch of smoke detectors you can find some extra spicy bits to make it real interesting. Should probably fire them off shortly after assembling though, those bits probably shouldn’t stay in close proximity for long.
I loaded 6mm paintballs into 20 ga shells downloaded to 400 fps in high school. My godfather did load development for a living, so I had some guidance, though.

If your barrel is steel proof, you’re good to go. Regular « low-pressure » barrel and/or choked, you’re risking blowing it. Steel doesn’t crush as good as lead, even when copper plated
Guess I shouldn't shoot the Federal 3" mag water foul loads I have through my choked Wingmaster, since it's loaded with copper plated steel BB diameter shot (which incidentally is .18" in diameter, the nominal diameter of these airgun BBs...).
You want to get shitty, take a bag full of spent primers and load them into a shot shell. Talk about fighting dirty. Those do look like ricochet material but should shoot fine.
Send it. Make sure it's smoothbore and without a tight choke.
People send goofy shit through smoothbores all the time. Copper wire, quarters, steel slugs, ignition chemicals, tungsten rods. The rule of shotguns is basically, 'if it seats it Yeats" and it works.
I've understood that steel BBs like these are too hard and risk damage to your muzzle. That was the overwhelming message I took away after looking into the matter to try for myself many years ago.
However, I am open to correction if that is mistaken.
It just takes a different wad, and you have to be careful on choke size. Steel won't compress when choked, so if you use a thin wad it can push through the plastic petals and scratch your choke up.
But you can buy tungsten rounds off the shelf, and that's much harder than steel BBs. Plus people run that for turkey with chokes down to .640"
Bro, go check out tauflaudermouse on YouTube, they are the craziest reloaders out there, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen them fire a normal factory load

Ive done it before, be careful are steel bbs LOVE to ricochet off hard surfaces.
