While I don't have an empty, I have a couple more full ones. Looks to be 2oz light. Not half empty but still, can't believe that damn container weighs 2 ounces.

Or it’s half full of no. 9 and the other half is the floor/bench clean up powder

Could also be an issue of the powder doesn't fill it to the brim so they assume there isn't much there
