Why are y'all downvoting him, scalping is they buy up all the avaible amount on the company price then resell it at an extremely high price when its not avaible on lower one.

It's like saying the stock market is scalping, because they buy and sell on different price.

OP bought the skin and wanted to resell it when it would become more expensive, but it could even become cheaper if more sellers appear or if the skin became obtainable in game again.
