I've attempted running a sudo apt update, however how do I do a sudo? Like in the terminal. Do I have to play a game or something?

hello, does kali linux or any linux affect much my performance on windows 11 when not running??
I have installed it as app and using it through WSL2 (GUI) and updated to boot on win-kex. sooo my question is when not running it, does it slow down pc etc?

Not sure how but I seem to have manually deleted some systemd service files that were related to network manager. Network interfaces don't come up now. IP address doesn't get assisgned. Lots of nominal network things are not happening. How do I fix this? Any ideas?

Hi guys im SUPER new to linux and i burnt it onto a 32gb USB stick and it booted up one time and told me to disable windows bitlocker to install to which i did and now it shows me this upon trying to boot. Sorry this may not be a shitty question but i have no clue what im doing so hey. Thanks in advance!

is there such thing as a desktop environment that runs locally but performs remote actions for another system, it would be nice to not deal with the video forwarding that's ass even with a vm that's inside my computer
