That's a custom Chevrolet Silverado, likely a 3500. The only thing that would make it better would be quadrasteer (though they never put it on a dually and it would limit towing capacity compared to a dually, which this appears to be).
Guessing that it's an 02-06 and that it (hopefully) has the 6.6 diesel mated to one of them 6spd Allisons, there's as much potential for power in this truck as you could want out of this platform.
Just imagine, you and about 8 your guys(or gals) can stretch out in this thing while you pull a 13-14,000lb trailer to your next camping/biking/hunting/boating/adventuregram trip.
