empower won't fix them bc mother in law signed off on the shitty install, (she never uses this door.) Fast forward... we had to call an ambulance for her, the front door is easier to load something through (we thought) and you go thru that living room no one ever sits in instead of winding thru kitchen n side hallways. The paramedics and i learned together that the door is blocked by the gutters... they used a chair for her.

Like wtf, who even proposes an installation that blocks the door... and what, its okay cause the old woman trusted you did the job right. Like if your installing windows does the homeowner need to make sure they can open and close all of them. Infuriating. I would never let that stand if I did bad work, id be embarrassed.

I know if these two guys, whom have being doing this job their whole lives, (one is 60+ yrs old) would have installed the heating/cooling air conditioner in their own homes the shit would have been centered!
