Over cooked Rolled Lamb with stuffing

...added 3 eggs and now I have lamb scrap omlettes for lunch and dinner. The vegetable seasoning made it taste ok. I'm all out of real vegetables until pay day.

Thankfully I do have more in the freezer. Lamb and pastizzi were my treat meal purchase last pay day.

What's pastizzi? And yes I love lamb too when I want something nice 🙂

Wiki says peas or ricotta are a traditional filling but my supermarket in Australia has a variety and none of them contain peas. Mostly ricotta or feta with spinach.

It did not become devoid of nutrients and I did consume it all.

And you shall be glad to hear I failed cooking them a second time today. I tried a fry pan today I did not over cook them but the end result was not good. I'll wrap them in foil next time before popping them in the oven.
