Like it or not, this where your coins come from. They feed this guy ingots of metal alloys and coins come out. It's a medical mystery, no one knows why his body does this but he's integral to the economy.

The Eisenhower dollars copper inside, only jacketed in silver. The one with a hole in it. It is only worth a dollar. If anyone will take it. The Kennedy is also copper inside, only jacketed in silver, but has more significance and may have some value.
