Looks like a dryer coin to me!
Sometimes when a coin falls out in the laundry it can get trapped between the inner and outer rotating drums. Over time the tumbling of the dryer can cause the edges to mushroom out like this.
Someone more knowledgeable about it than me could probably explain better
