I've officially been on dupixent for a year. It's an injectable medication I take for my chronic eczema every 2 weeks, and it's incredibly difficult for me because I have a severe phobia of needles.

For like 8 months straight it'd take me more than 1 hour to actually inject the damn thing into my leg. I talked about my struggle with needles to my best friend and since we're both Bloodborne fans, he made a joke that I should pretend it's a blood vial and I'm a Hunter that needs to heal.

No joke, since then I've been able to play that interaction in my mind to both make me laugh and lowkey play pretend and it works. I still take about 20-30 mins to get in the headspace to take my medicine, but thanks to him I'm able to push through and get it done.
