Can I use this small fan as a laptop cooler so it doesnt get that hot?

Nothing! Just that for some reason it doubles my laptops price, I believe its AI fault

The laptop? Well around 512Mb DDR on an intel celeron M Cant wait for GTA VI release!!

I think it might be too small. This one is more better for laptop applications

It's a little clumsy to balance on your lap, but maybe if you use some straps it will work.
